Brandy from Mallorca

Brandy is part of the afternoon culture on Mallorca. Our bottlings are aged using the solera system, in which younger brandy is continuously blended with older brandy, sometimes over decades.

What solera means

Instead of a fixed vintage, a consistent profile with increasing depth is created. The longer the aging, the softer and more complex, from 15 to 25 and up to 50 years.
