How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Europe typically takes 4 to 6 business days. International orders may take slightly longer depending on the destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to track your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to view the status of your delivery online at any time.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
This feature is currently not available in our shop, please contact us after you have ordered and we will definitely find a solution.
The Mallorca product I want is not available in your shop!
If you are looking for a specific product that we do not yet have in our range, please contact us directly and we will get it for you and add it to our range.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once the order has been shipped.
