White wine from Mallorca
White wine from the island is fresh, but rarely sharp. Prensal Blanc and Moll give it body and a fine citrus note, without the acidity dominating.
The perfect moment
Well chilled at 8 to 10 degrees with grilled fish, seafood, tortilla, or simply as an aperitif on the terrace. White-vinified red grape varieties like Mantonegro are also worth a try.
