The authentic aperitivo from Mallorca impresses with intense aromas of sun-ripened oranges and the island's typical herbs.

The main ingredient for this special liqueur is harvested from January to May from the unique terroir of the Sóller Valley: the Canoneta orange. It is freshly peeled and macerated in alcohol using a special steam maceration process that is unique in the world of spirits and produces a highly concentrated essence of the essential oils of the Canoneta orange. The flavor is complemented by a secret selection of Mallorcan herbs, including organic artemisia, macerated using the same process. These essences are then carefully mixed with a carefully clarified and bottled local white wine to harmoniously convey the aromas of the Canoneta orange.
