The José L. Ferrer Rosat 2023 comes from the well-known Bodega José L. Ferrer and has the protected designation of origin DO Binissalem. The grapes are initially left on the mash for 48 hours to give the wine its delicate rosé color. This is followed by a controlled fermentation at around 15 °C in stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve the fruitiness and freshness of the aromas.
