The aromatic Vermouth Set i Mig from Bodegas Àngel is an artisanal vermouth made from the indigenous Manto Negro grape variety. A complex, deep aperitif wine is created through a complex process of slow fermentation and botanical maceration, which has long since achieved cult status in Mallorca. Served with ice and a slice of lemon or orange, it's the ideal start to any convivial evening.

• Finely balanced aromas: Mahogany brown in color, very intense nose with notes of chamomile, anise, citrus, caramel, coffee, and floral nuances. On the palate, an explosion of sweetness, freshness, and spice.
  
• Ingredients & Origin: Manto Negro from Santa María del Camí, hand-picked in September 2020, fermented and macerated for 25 days at 10 °C in stainless steel tanks.
