Hierbas de Mallorca is the island's herbal liqueur, infused with fennel, mint, rosemary, and orange leaves. This is complemented by orange liqueurs from the valley of Sóller.
Dulces, secas, or mezcladas
Hierbas comes in three varieties: sweet, dry, and a blend. On Mallorca, the liqueur is served ice-cold after a meal, preferably straight from the freezer.
