Red wine from Mallorca
Majorcan red wine is warmer and more herbaceous than the Spanish mainland profile. This is due to the island's native grape varieties, Manto Negro and Callet.
What it pairs with
Young, fruity red wines pair well with tapas, cured meats, and cheese. Oak-aged Crianzas go well with lamb, stews, and grilled meat. Serve at 16 to 18 degrees, no warmer.
