Over 100 years ago, Bodegas Suau created a handmade gin using local ingredients from the island. Today, Maior Gin Suau continues this tradition and combines the best of Mallorca in one bottle: local figs, fresh rosemary and sun-kissed Sóller oranges ensure an authentic, pure taste. The ingredients are carefully soaked in alcohol for several days, with different parts of the oranges being distilled to capture all facets of their aromas. After three distillations, the gin matures in American oak barrels, which gives it its perfect, smooth note. A unique gin that combines Mallorcan craftsmanship and taste tradition in a modern way.
