Today, Maior Gin Suau continues this tradition, combining the best of Mallorca in one bottle: indigenous figs, fresh rosemary, and sun-drenched Sóller oranges ensure an authentic, pure taste. The ingredients are carefully steeped in alcohol for several days, with different parts of the oranges being distilled to capture all facets of their aromas. After triple distillation, the gin matures in American oak barrels, giving it its refined, smooth note. A unique gin that combines Mallorcan craftsmanship and taste tradition in a modern way.
