Organic chamomile, lemon balm and orange leaves from the Finca Sa Vall de la Nou, paired with homemade orange marmalade made from sun-ripened fruit. A set with a purpose: T'Estim – “I love you” – is a heartfelt project of the non-profit organisation Estel de Llevant. More than 225 people with mental health conditions are trained and employed in growing and processing the herbs. Every cup therefore also supports social inclusion on the island.
